Rycerska 4 Medical Center does not cooperate with the Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia (NFZ)

Yes, we work on some weekends if the treatment process requires it, but this is always decided by the attending physician. Additionally, our dental hygiene office is open on some Saturdays, however, like every visit to the Rycerska 4 Medical Center, it requires a prior booking. Our reception is closed on weekends, and we do not accept patients without a prior appointment, including patients in pain. We do not provide emergency dental services.

The easiest way to book an appointment is through our online registration, which is available 24 hours a day on the websites www.rycerska4.pl and www.smile-clinic.pl. You can also use Whatsapp and the phone, however, in this case, our reception's working hours apply, i.e., 9 AM – 5 PM.

Our doctors are highly sought-after specialists, which means that the waiting time for an appointment can sometimes seem long, especially compared to places where there are no such specialists. To find a suitable date, you must do so well in advance. You can also contact our reception to ask about the next available appointments and try to adjust your schedule accordingly. You can also book an appointment in advance and ask to be put on the waiting list – then the reception will notify you of an earlier appointment if a slot becomes available.

If you cannot reach us by phone, it means we are very busy. Thanks to our ICT system, we know that you called and we will certainly call you back shortly. If you call after our working hours, you can also leave a message on our answering machine, write to us via WhatsApp, or use the form on the website.

Please inform us as soon as possible; the sooner, the better, because then we can invite patients waiting on the reserve list. In case of occasional cancellations and proper notification of this fact, you will not face any consequences. However, if such cases are frequent, our regulations provide for the possibility of introducing deposits when booking subsequent visits.

We accept payments in cash, by payment cards, BLIK, and Rycerska 4 Medical Center vouchers. We assist in obtaining financing for procedures through the MediRaty and MediPay systems. For regular patients, after consultation with the doctor, we also provide the possibility of payment by bank transfer.

Smile Clinic is our brand present since 2010, which is the name of the Dental Clinic operating within our Medical Center. In addition to this clinic, our medical entity also includes a rehabilitation clinic, an aesthetic medicine clinic, and an RTG lab.

Rycerska 4 Medical Center is a continuation and expansion of the activities conducted since 2010 at the facility at ul. Dworcowa 1. In December 2023, the decision was made to purchase our own premises and expand the scope of activities, for which there was not enough space in the previous location. Thus, from April 2024, the activities from ul. Dworcowa 1 were moved to ul. Rycerska 4.
