Fascial therapy is a method of working with the fascia – a connective tissue that surrounds muscles, organs, and the entire body, creating a complex network that influences posture, movement, and health. Dysfunctions within the fascia can lead to pain, stiffness, movement limitations, and overloads in other parts of the body.

It is used in both acute and chronic conditions, in patients of all ages.

  • musculoskeletal injuries,
  • conditions such as enthesopathies (tennis elbow, golfer's elbow), chronic headaches, painful menstruation.
